  2. I just went on Youtube to check out some songs from this Chino XL guy.
Gotta be honest: Dude is straight up WHACK!

He's got that 'super duper underground' flow that's static and boring as hell. What always made Lupe so dope was that he had the consciousness of a backpack rapper but the style, flow, cadence and beat selection of a mainstream rapper.

    2. Eh. He sounds like one of those 'lyrical miracle' rappers if you ask me. Whatever the case, I won't be listening to him anymore. Lol.

    4. Lol. The full term is actually 'lyrical, miracle, spiritual' rapper. I don't know if Eminem came up with the term but he popularized it by using that at the beginning of a freestyle to poke fun at the style of rap. It basically means a rapper who just strings together a lot of multi-syllabic rhymes without the words having much meaning behind them. In other words, it's more about the (seeming) complexity of the rhyme rather than the substance of what's being said. This description actually probably doesn't fit Chino because apparently he's a conscious rapper with messages and all that, which I get nonetheless, I was just saying he sounds really really underground (aka boring, static, robotic, with little to no style).

    5. Lol I get it, I can't stand rappers like that, it's not like they're not nice but at times to do be thinking what the hell some of these dudes be talking about with the forced multies. I think Chino is nice but he does fit in that "lyrical, miracle, spiritual, individual in your swimming pool" shit lol

  4. I was listening to Food and Liquor yesterday and remembering how good it was the first time i ever heard it and that was in 2006 and here we are in 2014 anticipating Tetsuo and Youth but how come Food and Liquor hasn't gained a RIAA Certification yet? The Cool and Lasers gained certifications but why not the first album so im pleading that if their is anyone who does not have a copy of Food and Liquor is to go back and purchase it because it is a must buy and clearly one of the best hip hop records of all-time.

  5. Got mad love for Chino. Only bad verse I ever heard from this dude was on the Blaq Poet track. Dude just dropped an insane double album in 2012.
