Before you comment, give it a listen:

This album turned out way different than I expected, so after hearing the song above, I purchased the whole thing from iTunes and was pretty impressed. Give it a spin!

**UPDATE**
So Lil B just went on Twitter and decided to release his album for free for those who don't have the money to buy the album, so go this way to download it for free --> HERE

  4. People really need to quit spewing hate @ both Rhymestyle and Lil B. Rhymestyle was just trying to present something he felt was pretty dope to us. The funny thing about this album is that if you actually listen to it, Lil B did a really good job. The beats are pretty solid and even though Lil B isn't a really good lyricist, he really spilled out his heart on this album. I have a new found respect for this man. This album shows that he is a peculiarly complex individual. #ThankyouBasedGod for a solid album.

  7. It's interesting that the cover has that "Good Times" ending credits picture called "Sugar Shack" by Ernie Barns type look to it. Thought provoking...

  10. for some reason the track won't load for me but, I listened to some samples from itunes and I liked the "I Hate Myself" joint. That "I Seen That Light" track ain't bad either. I'm still sort of on the fence about Base but, at least I have a clearer understanding about it.

    Thanks Rhymestyle :)

  11. ^^
I've been saying the same thing about lil b, it was kind of obvious to me though, he was just setting people for the long con with all the silliness. Just watch the video after he got punched.

  12. I'm kinda disappointed cuz I was expecting something horrible which would cause me to laugh lol.

On a serious note, it sounds decent so far. He needs to work on his flow but the message of the album is good. It's really surprised me so far. People need to chill and give things a chance. Yeah, the stuff he's put out before this was bad, but this, well, it's quite different. So take a listen, and don't try to convince yourself that it's bad. Just give it a chance.
